5N/6D Chandrashila Trek Package
Day 1: Rishikesh to Sari (190kms)
Begin your Chandrashila Trek package with a 7.30 AM departure from Rishikesh. Upon arrival at Rishikesh, you will be met by our representative at the starting point. The journey continues by road to Sari, with stops in between if required en route. The process of your registration, health screening, and document verification will be done here at Sari. Check-in to your hotel in Sari for the first night in the Chandrashila Trek Package.
Day 2: Sari to Deoriatal Trek (4.1 kms)
This day in your Chandrashila Trek Package has a trek which takes approximately 3 hours. This is an easy trek with not much altitude. You can see the sunset at Deoriatal with the mighty Chaukhambha in the backdrop. You will camp ahead of the lake 400 mts away from the lake.
Day 3: Deoriatal to Syalmi via Rohini Bugyal (9.10 kms)
On the third day of the Chandrashila Trek 2024 Package, you will be trekking for 6 to 7 hours. Walk through the thick woods until you reach Syalmi, your place to stay for the night. It’s a quiet place with lots of birds. Sometimes, you can see the tall Kedar Dome and Chaukhamba mountains through the trees on your left. There’s a pretty grassy area called Rohini Bugyal where you can rest on your way.
Day 4: Syalmi to Baniya Kund Trek (5.4 kms)
On the 4th day of the Chandrashila Trek tour package walk to the Akashkamini river. Then, climb a steep hill through thick trees. After an hour of going up, you will see the first Chaniya. From there, you will keep going up and down until you reach Baniya Kund. The forest is dense and beautiful.
Day 5: Baniya Kund to Chandrashila via Tungnath and drive back to Sari from Baniya Kund (Trek- 13 kms, Drive- 21 kms)
On the fifth day of the Chandrashila Trek tour package, there is a moderate trekking, where you need to walk slowly uphill to Tungnath. Then, climb a very steep hill to Chandrashila. This takes about an hour. To go back to Chopta, follow the same path downhill. It takes about an hour and a half. You will go back to Sari today.
Day 6: Sari to Rishikesh (190 kms)
On the last day of the Chandrashila Trek package, retrace your steps from Sari to Rishikesh. You will see the same stunning scenery along the way as you make your return journey. You will reach Rishikesh at 4 PM from where you can go on your onward journey to reach home.
