When booking a journey with YatraKey, payment confirms your reservation. Payment can be made in full, or, for some trips, a deposit may be required, with the balance due by a specified date before your departure. Please note that failure to pay on time may result in your reservation’s cancellation.

Mode of Payment

YatraKey accepts various modes of payment for your convenience. These include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms. For specific details on acceptable payment methods for your trip, please refer to your booking information or contact our customer service team.

Cancellation Policy

When you need to cancel a trip you’ve booked with YatraKey, it’s essential to inform us as soon as possible. Your cancellation request should be sent in writing. The effective date for the calculation of cancellation charges is the date we receive your written notification. The following cancellation fees apply based on how close the cancellation is to your scheduled arrival-

    • If you cancel more than 45 days before arrival- You will be charged 10% of the total cost of your tour or services.
    • If you cancel between 15 and 44 days before arrival- You will be charged 25% of the total cost of your tour or services.
    • If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before arrival- You will be charged 50% of the total cost of your tour or services.
    • If you cancel less than 48 hours before arrival or in case of a no-show- There will be no refund.
    • That no refund shall be made for unutilized services during the travel. It is on party’s discretion whether to take service or not.
    • Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated to Company in writing before at least 3 days from commencement of the journey. Changes based in amendments shall depend on the availability of given hotels on
      requested dates. Cancellation policy shall be applicable in such case.

Please note that cancellations will be processed on working days (Monday to Friday). Any cancellations received on Sundays or holiday will be addressed the following working day (Monday).

During the peak travel period from Dec 22 to Jan 5/ May 10 to Jun 30 / Sept 1 to Oct 31 or long weekends any payments made are non-refundable.

The refund will be limited if you cancel your trip after it has begun. The amount depends on the costs we can recover from our hotel and transport partners. We cannot offer refunds for unused hotel stays, transport services, meals, or other prepaid services.

Our Liabilities and Limitations

YatraKey takes responsibility for the arrangements of your trip and ensures the services offered meet our quality standards. However, we are not liable for any damage, loss, accident, sickness, delay, or other irregularity resulting from your negligence, acts of God, natural disasters, political actions, or other events beyond our control. It is recommended that travelers have adequate travel insurance to cover these eventualities. In the event that the tour is extended for any reason, the additional expenses will be the responsibility of the customer, in accordance with service cost. Yatrakey will assist with the arrangements but will not cover any expenses related to the extended tour.
