Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be reflected in your account. The timeframe may vary depending on the mode of payment used during booking and your bank’s policies.
Non-Refundable Costs
Please be aware that some costs are non-refundable, such as processing fees, bank charges, and any non-recoverable expenses that we have paid to our service providers in preparation for your trip.
Special Circumstances
In the event of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control (like natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), we will work closely with you to address these on a case-by-case basis.
Partial Refunds
For trips that are partially completed, we will assess the refundable amount based on unused services. The refund in such cases will be proportionate to the unutilized part of the trip.
Peak Season Bookings
Bookings made during peak seasons, including special events, holidays, and the period from December 20 to January 5, are subject to special refund terms as mentioned in our Cancellation Policy. Typically, these bookings may have limited or no refund options.
